Increasingly, applicants want employers that will meet their individual needs. An applicant that wants a career will seek employment opportunities that provide more growth and promotion opportunity. An applicant that seeks balance between work and home will desire more flexibility on where and when they have to work. Employers that are able to address more individualized concerns in the future will attract and retain more employees.
